The Ordinary General Assembly of the Egyptian Businessmen Association for the fiscal year 2023/2024 was held on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at two o'clock in the afternoon at the Association's headquarters, under the chairmanship of Eng. Ali Issa, President of the Association, and the secretariat of Mr. Eng. Magd El-Din Al-Manzalawi, Secretary General of the Association, in order to discuss the following agenda:- 1. Presentation of the financial statements for the financial year ended June 30, 2024 and the auditor's report thereon 2. Presentation of the Board of Directors' report on the Society's activities during the fiscal year 2023/2024. 3. Presentation of the draft estimated budget for the fiscal year 2024/2025 4. Appointing the auditor and determining his fees for the fiscal year 2024/2025. 5. Approving the increase in the annual contribution in accordance with Article No. 18 of the Articles of Association
