EBA's Vision at the Egypt 2026 Forum

EBA chaired by Eng. Ali Eissa, held a meeting for the chairman and vice-chairman of its specialized committees. The meeting was presided over by Eng. Fathallah Fawzy, EBA Vice Chairman and Head of the Real Estate Development and Contracting Committee. Participants included: Mr. Adel El-Lamie (Board Member and Head of the Transport Committee), Mr. Alaa El-Sabaa (Head of the Import and Customs Committee), Eng. Mostafa El-Naggari (Head of the Agriculture and Irrigation Committee), Mr. Maged Ezz El-Din (Head of the Finance Committee), Dr. Nevine Abdel Khalek (Head of the Sustainable Development Committee), Dr. Dalia El-Sawah (Vice Chair of the SMEs Committee), Eng. Alaa Fikry (Vice Chair of the Real Estate Development and Contracting Committee), Eng. Abeer Leheta (Vice Chair of the Transport Committee), Mr. Khaled Dahawy (Vice Chair of the Finance Committee), Dr. Omnia Fahmy (Vice Chair of the Environment Committee), Eng. Mansour El-Gabali (Vice Chair of the Agriculture and Irrigation Committee), Mr. Mahmoud Metwally (Vice Chair of the Information Technology Committee), and Eng. Ali Abdel Kader (Vice Chair of the Export Committee). The meeting held at 2:30 PM on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, with the aim of opening a dialogue regarding:"Reviewing and assessing EBA’s recommendations across various economic sectors and following up on the measures taken by the relevant authorities. This serves as a preparatory step for drafting a consolidated position paper—reflecting EBA’s vision for all economic sectors—to be submitted to the concerned entities and presented during the 'Egypt 2026' Forum, scheduled for October 19–24."
